Information we may collect from you
INDIGO KIDS LTD. may collect information from you because we have a legal reason (allowed by law or under contract) to collect the information, or because you have consented for us to do so for a specific purpose. At the moment we only receive aggregated information about our users from the third parties software development kits (SDKs, you can find more info on that in the section “Information we collect about you”) and we believe no such information can directly identify you as we only have statistical and analytical interest in such information.

You may give us information about you with your consent, but we don’t collect this info by ourselves at the moment.

- Data about your game progress;
- Your IP address and mobile device identifiers (such as your device ID, advertising ID, MAC address, IMEI);
- Data about your device, such as device name and operating system, browser type and language;
- General location data;
- Precise geo-location data (GPS, with your consent);
- Data about your use of our application or the game, such as gameplay data and your interactions with other players (if applicable).
Our software products include features from our partners, such as social media interaction tools and in-game advertising. A list of these partners is available below. These partners may access your data and operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to check their privacy policies to learn more about their data processing practices.
Information we receive from other sources
We also work with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies, background checking agencies) and may receive information about you from them as part of the service we provide you, or for legal reasons.

Where we store your personal data
We primarily store and process your personal data in the EU/European Economic Area (“EEA”). If we do transfer your personal data outside the EEA it will be because you have consented or because we have a legal reason to do so.

- Analytical services
If your personal data cannot be processed within the EEA, we will:
- Comply with all other data protection principles;

Transmission and storage of your personal data
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we use best practice to ensure your data is encrypted to the standard required in the GDPR to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data as it is transmitted and stored.
How long will you keep my personal information?
INDIGO KIDS LTD. will not retain your personal information for longer than required.
We will keep your personal information:
- For as long as required by law;
- Until we no longer have a valid reason for keeping it;
- Until you request us to stop using it.
We may keep just enough of your personal information to ensure that we comply with your requests not use your personal information or comply with your right to erasure. For example, we must keep your request to be erased even if it includes your personal data until such time as you are no longer our customer.
YOUR RIGHTS AND OPTIONS
Opt-out of targeted advertising.
You can opt-out of interest-based advertising on mobile applications by checking the privacy settings of your Android or iOS device and selecting “limit ad tracking” (Apple iOS) or “opt-out of interest based ads” (Android). For personalized in-game offers opt-out, you can use the options provided in the game settings (if applicable).
Access the personal data we hold about you.
If you request and in case we process any data on you, we will provide you a copy of your personal data in an electronic format.
Your other rights.
You also have the right to correct your data, have your data deleted, object how we use or share your data, and restrict how we use or share your data. You can always withdraw your consent, for example by turning off GPS location sharing in your mobile device settings. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.
You may also contact your local data protection authority within the European Economic Area for unresolved complaints.

As we don’t process or operate information about age of users we may not been able to prevent processing of the other data, which may belong to person under the legal age. We also do not intentionally collect personal information about age through our websites, games, or applications.
